Esther Mwende Patrick
Founder and Lead Stenographer
Esther Mwende Patrick is a results-driven professional with expertise in stenography, arbitration, and transcription. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Moi University and certifications in Data Protection from Strathmore University and UX Design from Google. With a strong background in AI governance, data protection, and policy advocacy, she brings a unique blend of technical expertise and strategic planning to stenography services.
Previously, Esther served as the lead stenographer and customer relations manager at her previous employer, where she led client relations and integrated AWS Transcribe technology to improve transcription accuracy. Esther has led transcription innovations, implemented AI-driven documentation solutions, and enhanced client engagement strategies. Passionate about accuracy, efficiency, and ethical documentation, she is dedicated to transforming legal and corporate stenography through precision and professionalism.
Mary Wambui
Accounts Manager and Legal Transcriber
I am a detail-oriented Accounts Manager and Legal Transcriber with a strong foundation in applied mathematics (BSc, Moi University) and hands-on experience in both the financial and legal documentation landscapes.
At Steno Solutions Africa, I bridge finance and legal tech by overseeing financial operations while also delivering accurate and compliant verbatim legal transcripts. My dual role allows me to bring cross-functional efficiency, clarity in records, and data-driven decision-making to the table.
